What is a Home Inspection?
A Home Inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of a residential dwelling, which is designed to identify observed material defects within specific components of the dwelling. Components may include any combination of mechanical, structural, electrical, plumbing, other essential systems or portions of the home, as identified and agreed to by the Client and Inspector, prior to the inspection process.

What is a Mold Inspection?
A Mold Inspection is a thorough investigation of a structure to determine its current condition relative to the possibility of fungal contamination. It starts with a meeting with the Client to discuss the inspection process, the fee to be charged, the Client's goals for the inspection, and what the Client may expect during the inspection and from the post inspection written report.

What is Ozone Blasting or Ozone Shock Therapy?
Ozone Blasting (also known as Ozone Shock Treatment) is an effective method of permanently eliminating odors caused by Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) and has been shown to kill mold and other harmful substances. There are a number of applications of Ozone Blasting, ranging from sports equipment to car detailing. It is an excellent way to refresh a homes smell from cigarette smoke to pet odors.

What is Thermal Imaging Inspection?
Infrared Thermal Imaging is a visual display of the amount of heat radiated from the different surfaces, reflected or transmitted by objects. Using infrared cameras, we can perform inspections in superior detail, that is not visible to the human eye. We are easily able to detect insulation problems, excessive air leakages, water leakages, build-up of materials, overheated electrical equipment, moisture penetration, and much more.
